• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Graduation, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in team management, operations, or program coordination or Sales manager.
• Experience in handling multiple team members and field operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage targets, conduct meetings, and monitor team performance.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting tools).
• Salary- 20k – 25k + ESI+PF
